BLOG NUMBER 1: Your Daily Awesome. One post a day of something awesome. It always brings a smile to my face and I probably twitter at least one post a week.

BLOG NUMBER 2: The Green Bean. This is a blog about green architecture in Chicago. If you are interested in how environmentalism and construction are colliding (in a good way) in Chicago, this is the blog for you.

BLOG NUMBER 3: The D-Ring. Written by an Edelman Colleague, this blog focuses on the collision of PR and the military. Steve’s blog is pretty much my only contact with mil-bloggers and I’m glad he’s makes it possible for me to read one.

BLOG NUMBER 4: Central Illinois Living. This blog focuses on everything wonderful to do in Central Illinois. You never knew there was so much and you might just schedule a long weekend.

BLOG NUMBER 5: The Obvious. I follow Euan on Twitter and have been reading the Obvious for about six months. He spent a lifetime with the BBC and writes short, cutting posts. He can say more in 50 words than most can say in 500.
